Good news. Your Walmart Product Care claim has been approved.

The next steps are simple.
We're sending you a prepaid shipping label for the return of your non-working product. The label will be sent to you via mail within 3-5 business days.

Once you receive the label, please pack your product carefully, along with all original accessories and a photocopy of your original sales receipt, if available.

Don't forget to apply the pre-addressed label to the shipping carton when you ship your product.
